Lunchies® Ordering Policies

We’re excited to serve your children fresh, healthy, and delicious lunches! To make sure everything runs smoothly for families and our kitchen, here are a few important notes:

Ordering Options

  • Semester “Set It and Forget It”: Order lunches for the entire semester (Sept–Dec). This option locks in a slightly lower rate (about $0.50 less per meal). If you need to cancel any days, you can email us at info@orderlunchies.com at least 8 days in advance.
  • Weekly Menu: Order and adjust lunches on a week-to-week basis. You can place and change orders up to 3 business days in advance directly through the online platform. This option is great for flexibility—for example, if you’re traveling or just want to outsource lunch for a week.

Changing & Cancelling Orders

  • Semester Orders (Sept–Dec): Changes require 8 days notice and must be emailed to info@orderlunchies.com.
  • Weekly Menu Orders: Families can log in to the platform and cancel or change orders up to 3 business days in advance. No need to email!

Credits & Refunds

  • All canceled lunches will result in a credit to your OrderLunchies Boonli account to use toward future orders.
  • Refunds to credit cards are only issued for school withdrawal or rare/extreme cases (processing fee may apply).
  • Lunches not canceled by the cutoff will still be delivered to school and given to a child at the teacher’s discretion. These cannot be refunded.

Deadlines & Cutoffs

  • Weekly ordering changes must be made 3 business days before the lunch date.
  • Semester menu changes require 8 days notice via email.
  • We cannot accommodate last-minute add-on orders.

Backup Meals

  • Each partner school has 1–2 backup meals available in case. Please contact your child’s teacher if a backup meal is needed. Families will be billed after receipt.

Why the Cutoffs?

Deadlines allow our kitchen to buy the right amount of fresh ingredients and minimize waste, while still allowing us to source the best ingredients and prepare every meal with care - so your kids get the freshest, highest-quality lunches possible.
