Cancellation and Refunds: If you wish to discontinue receiving meals from Lunchies, please notify us at least one week in advance. This allows us to manage our food orders and minimize waste. We are committed to providing a full refund for the remainder of the semester, minus a 3% processing fee to cover credit card transactions.


Promo Codes

Free Trial and Cancellation: If you received a promo code for a one-week free trial and decide not to continue with our service, you can cancel by giving us one week's notice. You will be refunded for any prepaid meals beyond this notice period, minus a 3% credit card processing fee.


General Policies

Child Absence: Unfortunately, if your child is absent, we cannot issue a refund as the meals are prepared in advance.
Vacations: If you plan to be on vacation, please inform us at the time of your purchase. We will be happy to issue an account credit for the meals missed during this period.


School Closures:

In the event of school closures due to weather or power issues, we are unable to offer refunds. These decisions are typically made last minute, and we have already allocated resources for meal preparation.
